I am a realtor, and I work as the marketing director of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

What challenge were you trying to address with Media Pouch?
We needed their team to promote our organization, not just within our local community but also nationwide.
The Approach
What was the scope of their involvement?
We were a national organization with over 250 members locally, and we wanted Media Pouch to help us spread awareness about our group. Their main deliverable was a promotional video that featured our organization, our real estate professionals, our devoted clients, and all the prominent awards we accumulated.
Media Pouch was involved in the brainstorming process, helping us collate ideas to produce an engaging video. More importantly, they facilitated the production process and handed out the end product, which we used on our website and social media pages.

We worked with five of their members. Ryan (Founder) was our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with Media Pouch?
I met Ryan at a real estate networking event. He was introduced to me by a colleague, who was our common friend. We started talking, and he explained what he did for a living. Coincidentally, we were looking for a team who could help promote our brand through a video at that time, so I gave him the chance to call us via Zoom and do a presentation. Ryan blew our minds by showing their high-quality, previous outputs for different clients, so we were happy to hire his team.

We spent about $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from August–October 2020.
The Outcome
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a community event to launch the video, and it was well-received by everyone. The guests asked us about the video creators, and we were happy to tell them about Media Pouch. I assume that Ryan got other clients that night.
How did Media Pouch perform from a project management standpoint?
Media Pouch exceeded our expectations in terms of project management. We mainly used Zoom to get updates from their team. They were always prepared, and they always worked within timelines. Everything was very well-managed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their team was just naturally gifted and creative. Media Pouch was passionate about the project, and they definitely knew what we needed to promote our organization well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there were areas that needed improvement. Everything was just on-point.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You will not regret hiring Media Pouch. Just listen to their team, and let them promote what needs to be promoted.
